AI Disclosure

Outlier does not use artificial intelligence (AI) to screen or assess job applications. Every application is reviewed by a real human recruiter who is committed to finding the right candidates for our clients.

We do use AI tools in our administrative workflow (such as note-taking and meeting summarization) to stay organized and improve documentation, but these tools do not evaluate candidates or influence hiring decisions.

Data

Outlier stores your information in Recruit CRM, our applicant tracking system, so we can manage your profile and communicate with you about opportunities. We will only share your profile with client companies when we have your permission to do so.

Recruit CRM is a software platform that helps recruitment firms manage candidate and client relationships. You can review Recruit CRM’s Privacy Policy and GDPR commitments on our website.

Recruit CRM may store your data in data centres located inside or outside of Europe.

At any time, you can ask your recruiter to delete your information. You can also request an “Update Resume” link to update your profile and resume details - or to remove your data from the system.
